On March 8, 2023, a delegation of staff completed the 8-hour training and were Phase 1 Certified by Mission Crime Prevention in the requirements, operational expectations, ongoing expectations and skills needed to obtain Crime Free Multi-Housing Designation.

Sites in progress of moving to Phase 2 of the designation include:

• Welton Towers
• The Boswyk Centre
• Cedar Valley Manor
