Located in the heart of Mission, Welton Towers provides affordable housing for the independent senior. We are proud to be owned and operated by Mission and District Senior Citizens Housing Association, a nonprofit society that provides residential accommodation and incidental facilities exclusively for senior citizens 55 and over, primarily of low or modest income.

About
Welton Towers location is preferred by many as it is central to many services in the downtown core. Services in the neighbourhood include city bus exchange, public library, farmers market, post office and several churches.
Welton Towers offers 60 studio suites, with a galley kitchen which includes a fridge and stove and a full private bathroom.
The comfortable common area lounge is located on the 8th floor with spectacular views over the Mission bridge and mighty Fraser River. The lounge can be a quiet place to enjoy a book or can be used for group activities and events. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio or Gazebo. Welton Towers has a full time building caretaker on site.
Coin operated laundry facilities are on the 8th floor for tenants use.

To complete your application you will need to provide a criminal record check. If you apply to the local RCMP in Mission there is no cost for the criminal record check.
