Q: Do I require a criminal record check?

Yes you do. The District of Mission has waived the fee for the cost of the criminal record check for applicants for Welton Towers.

Q: How do I apply for Welton Towers?

You can download , print and fill out the Tenant application which includes financial and medical information and return in person or by mail to 7380 Hurd Street, Mission BC V2V 3H5 by fax 604 826-2102 or by email to; t.schweers@cedarsbc.ca

Q: Is there medical staff on duty?

The Cedars has a licensed practical nurse on duty for 12 hours everyday and Assisted Living Workers 24 hours per day.

Q: How do I qualify for a private suite?

A tenancy application form is available at The Cedars or thru this website. In addition a physician information request needs to be completed by your family doctor. Both forms are to be returned to The Cedars upon completion in person or by mail to 7380 Hurd Street, Mission BC V2V 3H5 by fax 604 826-2102 or by email to; d.scully@cedarsbc.ca .
