Mission and District Senior Citizens Housing Association are in need of volunteer board members.
MDSCHA is a non-profit organization currently operating a 61-unit apartment for low-income seniors, called Welton Towers in the heart of downtown Mission.
The society board has had the opportunity with the partnership of BC Housing to make some positive and significant changes to the building and operations over the last several years. We provide a valuable service for those in need in Mission. Volunteer directors attend a weekday meeting approximately nine times a year, with two to three additional events.
If you would like to take part, please send your resume and letter of interest by May 31, 2014 to Tricia Schweers by fax to 604-826-2102, or e-mail email@example.com
