Barbara Fehrmann

Barbara Fehrmann is a member of the Board of Mission & District Senior Citizens Housing Association, which operates Welton Towers, and is a member of the Board of directors of MASH and the Developer. She is past-president of the Mission & District Senior Citizens Housing Association Board and has been a member of that Board since 2005.

Judith Ray

Judith Ray’s experience includes several years as Executive Director of Pleasant View Housing Society, operating Pleasant View Apartments (BC Housing subsidized housing for seniors) and Pleasant View Care Home (Residential Care funded by Fraser Health). Judith was a founding member and president of Mission Association for Seniors Housing, which was formed in 1999 for the purpose of developing affordable housing for seniors. She was involved in development of The Cedars Assisted Living residence in Mission, and operated Welton Towers in 2006 on behalf of Mission & District Senior Citizens Housing Association. In addition to her work with MASH, she was involved with the redevelopment of property owned by St. Andrew’s United Church in Mission.

Naida Motut

Naida Motut is a member of St. Andrews United Church in various capacities. She is a board member of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing and Cedar Valley Manor. Her background is in social research, conveyancing and property management.

Glen Kask

Glen Kask is a former board member of Mission Community Services, Fraser House Society, Mission Historical Society, Mission Hospice Society, Mission Community Foundation, and the Community Futures Development Corporation of North Fraser. Glen currently serves on Citizens’ Advisory Committee for Mission Institution and the board of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing.

Glen Robertson

Glen Robertson served as City of Mission Chief Administrative Officer for 21 years, and another four years prior as director of planning. He also worked five years with the City of Abbotsford, and three years on the east coast, bringing his municipal career to over 33 years.

Glen works on the board of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing, and previously as a member of the City of Mission Economic Development Committee.

Roger Dowker

Roger Dowker served for 12 years on the Board of Mission Community Services Society, and 6 years as chair of the board unit he reached his term limit. He served as an advisor to the Mission Community Services Society board until the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

John Belec

John Belec is an Emeritus Associate Professor of Geography at University of the Fraser Valley. His teaching, research and publication interests include Canadian housing policy and urban development and planning.

Christine Armstrong

Christine Armstrong is a Director with the Cedar Valley Senior Housing Society and serves on the board of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing. She currently sits on the Board of the Mission Health Care Auxiliary as the Auxiliary Treasurer. She is also on the Executive Board of the Mission Community Foundation where she sits on the Marketing, Development and Governance committees for the Foundation.

Lloyd Davies

Lloyd Davies is the owner/operator of Davies Sand & Gravel and a representative for Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church on the board of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing and the Developer.

Susan Gillies

Susan Gillies is currently the President of the Board of Directors at Pleasant View since 2006. She has been a Board member of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing since 2006, and the Vice President of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing and the Developer. Susan has also been a Board member of the Mission and District Senior Citizens Housing Association (Welton Towers) for several years.

Sandra Marshall

Sandra Marshall served over ten years in positions including Chair and Vice-Chair on several non-profit senior housing association boards. These include the Mission & District Senior Citizens Housing Association, the Mission Association for Seniors Housing and Pleasant View Housing. Sandra participated in committees associated with these boards to review investment policies as well as building asset assessments and improvements.

Maureen Sinclair

Maureen Sinclair began serving on the Board of Directors of the Mission Association for Seniors Housing in 2022. Maureen was also an employee of the City of Mission and represented the City on the technical team involved with the development of the Boswyk Seniors Centre, until she retired in February 2022.

Al Vetter

Al Vetter has served on the Mission Association for Seniors Housing board of directors as a representative of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
