Designed for your comfort and satisfaction, at The Cedars we provide Assisted Living as an option for seniors who want to maintain an independent lifestyle, whether your preference is lively socializing or quiet time in the lounge, The Cedars provides a safe and comfortable environment to enjoy your retirement years. The Cedars offers a host of services and activities and let our trained and professional staff take care of the rest. Each of The Cedars 58 suites are carefully designed for comfort and accessibility, ready for your own furniture and personal touch to make it your home. Services include lunch and dinner served in the dining room, snacks and beverages, laundered linens and towels, weekly housekeeping, scheduled activities and outings, 24 hour emergency response, staff available to assist tenants with activities of daily living, foot care nurse and hairdressing salon,
Mission Association for Seniors Housing (M.A.S.H) and The Cedars coordinates the use of the community “Busy Bus” for several senior organizations care and retirement homes. This enables many seniors to get out and enjoy community events & amenities.

40 suites are subsidized through our partnership with Fraser Health and BC Housing. Tenants pay 70% of their after tax income. To qualify you need to contact your local Home Health office to request an assessment to be placed on the subsidized waitlist.
We also provide 18 private suites for independent seniors who wants hospitality services only.

Once completed please deliver your application in person (along with Criminal Record check and doctor’s report), to 7380 Hurd Street, Mission BC V2V 3H5. You may also fax it 604 826-2102, or email info@missionseniors.ca.
Guest Suite
The Cedars provides a guest suite for overnight guest of our tenants. Family members and friends are welcome to book this suite by calling our front desk at 604-826-2194 or by emailing s.wilson@cedarsbc.ca and booking through Shereese. Stay is restricted to a maximum of one week. The guest suite has a double bed that can sleep 2 adults, with its private bathroom for your comfort. The charge associated with the guest suite is only $65 per night which goes towards our tenants welfare. At this time we can only accept cash, cheques or charge to tenent room.
Underground parking is also availbale to our guest on a first come first serve basis. Guest are welcome to have meals with their family members at meal times in the dining room, payment can be discussed with the kitchen. Guest can also ulitize our coined laundry located on each floor. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to stay in the guest suite.
