Q. Does The Cedars have subsidized suites?
A. Eligibility for 40 subsidized suites is through your local Fraser Health office.
Q. How do I qualify for subsidized?
A. Contact your local health unit office to discuss your needs with a case manager. Subsidy is based on financial and medical need.
Q. Does The Cedars have private pay suites?
A. Yes, we have 18 private pay non-subsidized rental suites.
Q. How do I qualify for a private suite?
A. A tenancy application form is available at The Cedars or thru this website. In addition a physician information request needs to be completed by your family doctor. Both forms are to be returned to The Cedars upon completion.
Q. Is there medical staff on duty?
A. The Cedars has a licensed practical nurse on duty everyday and Assisted Living Workers 24 hours per day.
