Medical Serivces
All residents have to have a family physician who has privileges at Mission Memorial Hospital so they can receive emergency care also if it is needed.
In addition there is a specially designated Medical Coordinator, Dr. Nemanishen, who has responsibility for overseeing medical services. He provides support for medication reviews so that all residents’ medication regimes are reviewed quarterly, and participates on the committee mandated by Licensing to review medication systems including any errors that might occur. He provides updates regarding infection control, influenza protocols, specialized treatments, and new diagnostic procedures.
