Admission Information
he Home and Community Care Program of Fraser Health has the responsibility to determine eligibility for admission to the care home. When a vacancy occurs, they identify to us who will next move in. Priority is often given to people who are waiting in hospital or who need emergency admission from the community into the first available bed. Fraser Health gives consideration to clients who live in Mission or whose main family contacts live in Mission and would be able to visit more frequently if the person was nearby.
